The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable and clean. It was also conveniently located near key attractions and restaurants.
The complementary breakfast was overcrowded, with limited food options and seating. Additionally, the parking situation was difficult and not well-monitored. it was an average stay with some upsides and downsides.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the two complementary facts offered at the hotel which made my stay even more special. The hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to all the major attractions. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel was not the best, and I didn't feel completely safe in the area. Homeless people were wandering around on the streets, making me a bit uneasy. Furthermore, some of the other guests were allowed to bring their pets into the hotel, which wasn't ideal for me as I am allergic to animals.

The location of the hotel was convenient for my business trip and there were complementary snacks and coffee available in the lobby. The room was clean and housekeeping was diligent in providing fresh towels.
Sadly, my experience was dampened by a few issues. The hotel did not have sufficient trash cans, and there was only one on the third floor which was inconveniently far from my room. The noise from adjacent guests and homeless people wandering around the property in the evenings was a bit unsettling. Additionally, the breakfast closed early, and there was no option to purchase food later. Overall the stay was okay, but improvements are needed.

The location is convenient, 1 mile from Scandia Fun Center. 32 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the best part of town. The staff are helpful and amicable, managed the parking nearby. The breakfast offers plenty of cereals and hot waffles.
